Workshop Overview
The World is Yours' aims to create an environment for our brilliant young minds to have safe, vulnerable, intellectual, and overall empowering conversations amongst each other, with the goal being that mutual empowerment and solutions are created by them and for them.
Workshop Phases
Phase 1
Focused group discussion where curated topics are presented to create an open dialogue for our youth to speak power into each other and exchange experiences.
Phase 2
Break-out activity session where the group is divided into smaller sub groups, to participate in a focused white-boarding session to put the focus on their gifts, skillsets and aspiring future professional pursuits.
Dialogue that encourages our youth to:
Build one another up through exchanging ideas Talk through mutual solutions to achieve growth.
Discussions centering how their gifts/skills/talents can be navigated into to the real world.
Discussions about how to claim their own value/worth while experiencing the resistance that comes along with living within the systemic challenges that exist.
